SMS Healthcare is a specialized division of Service Management Systems (SMS) specializing in environmental services. We provide a clean and safe environment to guests, patients, and staff who visit our healthcare locations across the country.

Founded in 1988, SMS specializes in full housekeeping programs to high-traffic public facilities. We uphold the highest quality standards and do “Whatever It Takes” to best serve each property.

Humble Beginnings

In 1988, our late founder, William T. (Bill) Coakley started a small, grassroots cleaning company, Service Management Systems, with an innovative vision, unabashed drive to succeed, impeccable work ethic and a dedicated system of core values. Operating under the simple premise that anything could be accomplished with the right people, tools and attitude, Bill Coakley grew Service Management Systems into an organization of world-class services. From its humble beginnings, Service Management Systems has evolved into a company that provides full housekeeping and maintenance programs to high-traffic, public facilities in the airport, retail, sports and entertainment, education and hospitality industries. Our Customer Support Center

We view our solid network of customer support as a key factor in our success. Our support center takes care of the back-of-the-house administrative needs, allowing our field operations team to focus on delivering excellent service to our valued customers. SMS Healthcare employees in the field are backed by our dedicated Customer Support Center (CSC) located in Nashville, TN.
